PotatoWorld magazine: the #1 source of potato information
The value of potato and product exports soared by 21.9% to €23.450 billion in 2023, driven by much higher prices. That value was 112.5% more than 10 years before in 2013. All categories posted an increase in value, with products leading the way. The largest category by value was frozen fries, which increased by 24.2% to €11.952 billion or 51% of the total and 152% more than in 2013. Ware or fresh potatoes was the second largest category by value at €4.763 billion, an increase of 20.4% and 77% higher than in 2013.
