The manufacturers Idaho Steel (USA) and Kiremko from Woerden (NL) have, in close cooperation, recently made a new drum dryer for potato flakes/purée. This is a version with a very high capacity of no less than 4,500 kilograms of flakes/purée per hour. According to the manufacturers, it is the largest drum dryer ever built. This also incorporates the most modern technology and knowledge.
