Since 2016, the Belgian potato growers Sylvie and Benoît (47) Delcourt have been storing 10,000 tons of potatoes of the Fontane variety in a modern storage facility in Anseroeul. The success of the storage, according to the family, begins with the cultivation, after which Delcourt Agri does everything possible to store the crop optimally until June.
