The ticket shop for PotatoEurope 2026 is open. Visitors can now start planning their trip to Europe’s largest open-air trade fair for the potato sector. The fair will take place on 9 and 10 September 2026 at the Rittergut Gestorf estate near Hanover in Germany.
Approximately 300 exhibitors are expected to present their latest developments in the field of potato breeding, seed potatoes, crop production, crop protection, mechanisation, storage, processing and digitalization This year, PotatoEurope once again offers a complete overview of the innovations within the international potato value chain.
The strength of PotatoEurope lies in the combination of practice and knowledge exchange. On the demonstration fields, the latest planting, harvesting and storage machines are shown at work under field conditions. Innovative application techniques and solutions for sustainable crop protection can also be viewed live. In addition, visitors can compare new potato varieties in the trial fields and also learn about the latest insights in the field of fertilisation, soil health and crop management strategies. Robotics, automation and artificial intelligence also feature prominently in the FarmRobotix program. On the DLG Expert Stage, international specialists share their knowledge about current developments in the potato sector. In addition to the technology, PotatoEurope remains above all an international meeting place. Companies from across the potato value chain use the fair to present new products, exchange knowledge and make business contacts.

With one admission ticket, visitors get access to the entire exhibition programme, including all demonstrations, lectures and practical presentations. At the same time, the SugarBeet Expo will also take place on the same site, for which the same ticket is also valid. For potato professionals, however, PotatoEurope remains the central event. With the opening of the ticket shop, the technical programme and the exhibitor list are also available. This allows visitors to efficiently plan their visit to the exhibition.
