Smart Farming is still a matter of trial and error

It’s still a matter of trial and error with Smart Farming, as was recently shown at sector meetings in the Netherlands about the first practical experiences. During the years that the pioneers among the intensive users – especially those in potato cultivation – started using all kinds of techniques to collect data, they’ve learnt an awful lot. But, as most have experienced, so far we haven’t had yet a lot of financial success.
