‘Europatat must remain accessible’

The annual Europatat Congress took place in the town of Taormina, Sicily, this year. In its new structure, the new Europatat now has six committees, four of which met for the first time in their new composition during a conference. The eighty or so sector colleagues were also briefed during the general meeting and the traditional congress on new developments such as new guidelines, food trends and the problems of young farmers.
