British Cockerill invests heavily in Dutch cleaning technology

Cockerill York is now a leading small-packaging firm of table potatoes in Great Britain and also a large supplier of crisps potatoes. A purebred family business based on crop farming, and still expanding fast. We recently paid a flying visit to the potato enterprise and had a look at the packaging station and the washing plant. What we saw was that Cockerill regularly invests in new equipment with a large capacity. One of their latest acquisitions was a large washing and de-stoning installation, which was made in Holland.
