WIFO Anema from Ferwert, Holland agreed to take over the planting machinery divisions of both Cramer GmbH from Leer, Germany as well as the potato and onion planting division of the company Machinefabriek NP Koning BV (Koningsplanter) from Alkmaar, Holland.
