You shouldn’t just lean back, you should be active in the market’, tells the biodynamic crop grower from the Dutch village of Ens enthusiastically. With his Pop Up shop the Potato Boutique, he spent two weeks telling the wonderful story of the potato to consumers in Amsterdam and sold a wide range of special potato varieties.
