As the first member of the Dutch Producers Organisation for Ware Potatoes (POC), arable farmer and POC board member Jasper Roubos (37) is committing himself with infectious enthusiasm to this initiative in which ware potato growers are organising themselves to achieve a stronger position in the market. At his farm in the village of Abbenes, he explains in no uncertain terms why, as far as he is concerned, the only logical step for ware potato growers is to join the producer organisation.
